In an easy three steps, you can have quick and delicious Vegan fudge. Enjoy!
8 ounces of dairy-free cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips, melted.
1. Blend the cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
2. Melt the chocolate chips in either a microwave or a double boiler. Pour into the food processor and mix.
3. Line a 8-inch pan with wax paper and pour mixture in the pan. Refrigerate until firm. Pull out wax paper, cut, and enjoy!
